Revenue Operations Analyst

Pacifica Continental is an international recruitment consultancy seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance commercial efficiency and revenue generation strategies. The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical skills and business intelligence tools to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in a RevOps-focused environment
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
• Prior experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Motivation to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to handle confidential information
