The Retail & Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing the annual retail activation strategy for the French market, ensuring strong in-store visibility, impactful retail partnerships, and profitable growth across key accounts for all licensees. The role leads the development and implementation of retail marketing programs that drive sell-in and sell-through, maximize ROI, and strengthen Paramount’s presence across physical and e-commerce channels.
Requirements
- Develop and execute territory-specific franchise marketing plans and retail activations
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with marketing teams and buyers
- Define and implement the annual retail and trade marketing plan
- Develop short- and long-term retail channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and manage strong relationships with retail marketing teams, buyers, licensees, and distributors
- Manage trade shows, key partner meetings, and retail-facing events from concept to execution
- Own and optimize the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
- Monitor the performance of retail activations, deliver post-campaign analysis, and benchmark against competitive activity
