The Principal Software Supply Chain Manager provides strategic leadership in vetting and managing Infor’s software supply chain, ensuring vendor compliance and resilience. This role also serves as the senior point of contact for customer queries regarding the security and compliance of Infor’s supply chain on an offering-by-offering basis.
Requirements
- Experience in software/hardware procurement and software supply chain management
- Experience in global ERP supply chain operations and multi‐jurisdictional vendor management
- Experience vetting and managing third‐party vendors in ERP environments
- Knowledge of supply chain security, compliance frameworks, and customer engagement practices
- Experience with contract negotiation, vendor governance, and risk management
- Experience responding to customer queries on compliance and security
- Experience managing source code programs and enforcing license agreements
