The Partner Marketing Team serves as a strategic marketing unit for supporting scaled partner marketing content, sales collateral, digital marketing, and promotional activations at in-person and virtual events. As an Integrated Product & Agency Marketing Manager, you will be supporting partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program to develop strategies to advance TikTok’s products, value and vision with the ecosystem of partners.
Requirements
- Develop cohesive messaging and creative strategies across touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and partner integration;
- Strong ability, experience, and interest in experiential event marketing, including regional/global events and webinars;
- Work closely with the comms team for planning PR promotion of key moments or tentpoles;
- Proficient writer for digital marketing content creation including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers;
- Demonstrated strong abilities for deck building and storytelling product and core brand narratives;
- Project driver collaborating with key internal stakeholders across the business including product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more;
- Work closely with partnership teams in APAC to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies;
- Collaborate across paid, earned, and owned channels to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion;
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize integrated marketing efforts and report on performance metrics.
