Role Overview

The Cost & Pricing Officer will support the development of cost proposals for international donors, preparing detailed budgets and budget narratives, and coordinating inputs with proposal team members.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include preparing clear and accurate budget narratives, participating in proposal budget meetings, and supporting the analysis of RFA/RFP requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Officer will support donor proposals and build effective working relationships with PATH teams in India and across Asia, with particular focus on budgets originating in the region.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with one or more donor groups
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or another relevant field
