Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain technical systems, combining full-stack development, automation, APIs, data integrations, and GTM tooling to improve lead capture, enrichment, and engagement.

What You Will Do

You’ll build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting, write clean, production-ready code, and automate repetitive or manual GTM processes.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
• Hands-on experience with GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks, or similar
• Strong experience working with APIs and data integrations
• Comfortable combining custom development with no-code and low-code platforms
• Understanding of data pipelines and multi-system workflows
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to independently scope, build, test, and deploy projects
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
