GTM Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain technical systems, combining full-stack development, automation, APIs, data integrations, and GTM tooling to improve lead capture, enrichment, segmentation, and engagement.

Build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting; develop internal tools and technical solutions that support sales and marketing workflows; improve the reliability and scalability of GTM infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
• Hands-on experience with GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks, or similar
• Strong experience working with APIs and data integrations
• Comfortable combining custom development with no-code and low-code platforms
• Understanding of data pipelines and multi-system workflows
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to independently scope, build, test, and deploy projects
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
