Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Specialist will build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, lead nurturing systems, and CRM processes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands how marketing automation translates into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows
- Experience creating nurture and drip campaigns
- Experience with lead scoring and audience segmentation
- Strong email marketing and campaign execution experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for segmentation, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of email marketing compliance and data privacy requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
