SEO & AI Search Manager

We’re looking for a highly driven SEO & AI Search Manager to own and build our organic growth from the ground up. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, from defining strategy to executing it. You’ll work in a modern fintech environment where organic visibility directly impacts revenue, and where you’ll collaborate closely with PR, Content, UX/UI, Design, and Web teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within B2B fintech, SaaS, or tech-driven product environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling SEO strategies end-to-end (full ownership from strategy to execution).
• Strong track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic, leads, and revenue — not just rankings.
• Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, hreflang, and log file analysis.
• Solid understanding of AI search / GEO and how large language models surface and cite content.
• Strong content strategy capabilities, including editorial planning and optimisation frameworks.
• Experience with link-building and digital PR strategies (outreach, HARO/Connectively, guest posting, broken link building).
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and present results to stakeholders.
• Highly self-driven and proactive, with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
