Role Overview
Lead and grow a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and generate high-quality appointments with new SMB customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale sales organization, nurture talent, and expand customer base.
What You Will Do
Manage sales pipeline, train and coach team members, utilize sales enablement tools, provide ongoing support, and implement a solutions-based sales approach.
