Senior Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Gen to own demand initiatives and campaign execution for our Financial Institutions and Lending vertical. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role with significant ownership and visibility.

What You Will Do

You will build integrated, account-based programs that engage the right buyers, generate sales meetings, and create qualified opportunities. Your success will be measured primarily by target-account engagement, sales meetings set, and opportunities created—outcomes shared with Sales to keep our revenue teams aligned.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaign experience, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, or another complex technology solution
• A strong background in campaign development and program execution
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a layered demand function
• Experience turning industry events into measurable demand programs
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, publishers, or other external partners and holding them accountable for quality, timelines, and performance
• Strong strategic thinking and creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
