Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who is actively seeking new business opportunities, to engage and build relationships with potential customers around the globe. This is an Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) focused role.
What You Will Do
Actively seek new business opportunities, research and identify new customers, nurture and qualify leads, present our company to potential prospects, and set up quality lead meetings for Account Executives.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Development roles
- Self-starter with proven success in competitive and results-driven environment
- Ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients and build relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-growth/startup environment is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Passion for sales and ambition to excel at the highest level
- Prior experience selling to HR Leaders globally is preferred
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects across multiple geographies and cultures
