We are seeking a Customer Success Manager – SMB to oversee and manage existing client relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to maximize long-term client value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in cross‐border e‐commerce, account management, business development, or related fields.
- Native Mandarin with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, develop business cases, and conduct financial analysis to assess and forecast business impact.
- Data‐driven and highly organized, with strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, sound decision‐making skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
