Job Title
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, process improvement, lead global projects, define enablement tools, and document policies and processes. Payoneer is a global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, business development, program management, or consulting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs and advocate a course of action
- Data-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of extracting business insights from data and hands-on analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work with global teams
- Proficiency in CRM Salesforce – advantage
- Experience in a high-tech company/financial institution – an advantage
- BA Degree or equivalent in information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) – advantage
