The Sales Enablement Manager is a key contributor within PayPal’s Sales organization, supporting the design, delivery, and measurement of enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness across our global field organization.
Requirements
- Identify issues and recommend best practices using specialized expertise.
- Lead functional projects and programs to improve business processes.
- Partner with various teams to analyze business trends and contribute to process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and coordination with departments.
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and foundational sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN).
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), content management tools, or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex information into clear, seller-friendly content.
- Detail-oriented with solid project coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
