Paytm is looking for a Growth Manager – Manager – Recharges & Bill Payments to lead the data lifecycle of assigned categories, drive P&L growth and user retention, and execute high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain millions of users.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Growth role
• Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills
• Experience with Hive, BigQuery, or Python for data manipulation
• Analytical mindset and ability to see the’story’ behind the numbers
• Execution grit and ability to follow through on projects
• Clear and effective communication skills
