Sales Operations Manager, Inference and Agentic AI

Paytm is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to drive financial and operational rigor across its AI Inference and Agentic AI business. The role involves owning the full order to cash lifecycle, strengthening revenue assurance, and managing procurement and vendor operations for the AI charter.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or business finance roles.
• Strong understanding of order to cash processes, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including sales, finance, procurement, and legal.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership of financial accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and drive execution in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to identify gaps and improve processes.
