Senior Data Engineer

Paytm is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data systems for its products and insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering or backend engineering, strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or backend engineering
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies
• Experience with databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience with containerization tools
• Experience building scalable microservices
