Business Development Representative

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities and accelerate growth with community compounding pharmacies across Canada. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting and new business development, 15% on sales team collaboration, and 15% on supporting existing customer relationships. The role uses a consultative, value-based sales approach and includes occasional travel (less than 20%).

What You Will Do

Identify new pharmacy customer opportunities, execute consistent outbound prospecting, research target accounts, conduct consultative discovery conversations, and qualify leads using established sales criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of business development, inside sales, account management or consultative B2B sales experience
  • Experience prospecting new customers preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization, resilience, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools
