Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand, promote services, and build industry relationships in North Texas. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week. The manager will report to the Owner and be responsible for building strong relationships with current and potential clients.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, organizing business visits, managing marketing programs, utilizing marketing technology software, and managing social media accounts. The manager will also attend business networking functions, coordinate community events, and present Continuing Education courses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a marketing, public relations, or communications degree and two or more years of sales and marketing experience. Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience is ideal.
Requirements
