Role Overview
Join a team of operators, engineers, and builders who solve hard problems with humility and focus. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will own complex Salesforce administration and architecture decisions while partnering closely with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales leadership, Finance, IT, Customer Success, and other business stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Act as a senior technical owner for Salesforce administration, architecture, configuration, release management, and platform health. Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, considering object model, security, automation, reporting, integrations, maintainability, and future growth before implementation.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including ownership of complex production environments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant architecture certifications strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design Salesforce solutions end-to-end rather than implementing isolated configuration changes.
- Experience with Salesforce security, sharing, permission architecture, Flow, reporting, data management, and release/change management.
- Experience supporting integrations and coordinating technical work across Salesforce, IT, and business-system owners.
- Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills with the ability to challenge requests constructively and recommend simpler or more scalable approaches.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the judgment to investigate dependencies before modifying production behavior.
- Clear written communication and documentation habits suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits
- Comprehensive BCBS medical, dental, and vision coverage; 80% sponsored by the company.
- Safe Harbor 401(K) with company match.
- Paid Parental Leave.
- A work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- On-site gym at our Huntsville, AL and Denver, CO locations.
- Employer provided life insurance.
- Robust Employee Assistant Program (EAP).
- Competitive salary, generous paid time off (PTO), and flexible leave options.
