Role Overview
The Lead Specialist, Business Development will spearhead the Go to Market side of Pearson’s most recent enterprise AI products, driving sales acceleration, executive engagement, and internal alignment to deliver measurable revenue growth and strengthen partner relationships.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include driving joint sales, executive engagement, internal alignment, marketplace management, pricing advisory, product education, enablement assets, ecosystem expansion, resale partner management, metrics & KPIs, and reporting & insights.

Requirements
- Proven years in enterprise technology sales, business development, or partner management
- Strong track record of launching and scaling global go-to-market programs
- Previous experience working in or with Microsoft (or other hyperscale/cloud platforms) on co-selling initiatives is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (advanced degree or MBA is a plus)
