Training Content & Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Training Content & Enablement Manager plays a key role in helping the Customer Training team deliver engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences. This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer training content and learning assets that support a consistent customer experience.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training content, including creation, publication, review, maintenance, and retirement. Ensure training materials remain aligned with product developments, customer needs, organisational messaging, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience creating, developing, and maintaining customer-facing learning content or educational resources
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms
• Confidence using AI-enabled tools, digital technologies, or automation solutions to improve content creation and learning experiences
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning design, enablement, training delivery, or related disciplines
• A commitment to creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences
• Experience working within education, technology, software, or customer enablement environments
• Experience using data, analytics, customer feedback, or learning metrics to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences
• Experience building positive working relationships with stakeholders across teams
• Knowledge of Renaissance products and solutions would be highly beneficial
