Sales Operations Executive / Sr. Executive

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations based on business requirements.
• Track quotation approvals, purchase orders (POs), and order status.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain sales records, documentation, and MIS reports in Excel and CRM.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and sales funnel updates.
• Support the sales team with customer communication, follow-ups, and operational activities.
• Ensure timely processing and tracking of orders from quotation to closure.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (reports, formulas, data management, MIS).
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Background

• Candidates from FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, Banking, Financial Services, SaaS, or Technology organizations will be preferred.
• Experience handling quotations, PO management, sales reporting, CRM updates, and customer coordination is highly desirable.
