Sales Growth & Online Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Growth & Online Manager will lead the Digital Customers team and develop a digital strategy for online growth, leveraging the Bees platform. The role requires 5+ years of manager experience and at least 2 years of digital growth experience.

What You Will Do

Define and execute Brazil’s digital strategy for online growth, develop a CRM B2B agenda through SFMC, and lead the team to achieve online journey goals. The role involves developing and executing short, mid, and long-term plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manager roles
• at least 2 years of digital growth roles
• 5+ years of trade MKT, CRM, sales execution, commercial planning, and/or sales capabilities experience
• digital MKT/Strategy/commercial experience

• strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization
• considerable knowledge of digital sales, strategy, and operation
