Marketing and Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the project’s sales strategy and market development across Cyprus and international markets.

What You Will Do

Drive sales and marketing activities, establish sales targets, manage the sales process, develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market, and experience developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market
• Experience developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital advertising, social media and sales pipeline management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
