We are looking for a Sales Enablement Team Leader to lead a team of specialists and drive global sales excellence. You will be responsible for team leadership, enablement strategy, playbook ownership, program management, and interface management.
Requirements
- Funded practice in the field of Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Transformation in an international environment
- Strong understanding of modern sales processes, CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), and commercial operating models
- Demonstrated success in planning and controlling cross-functional projects with a focus on global rollouts
- Experience in leading employees and the ability to set clear goals and priorities
- Excellent persuasion skills on all hierarchical levels and high collaboration skills in intercultural settings
- Secure German and English knowledge (C1); any additional language is a welcome bonus
- Experienced handling of Excel and Power BI
