Sales Operations Administrator

Role Overview

Peterson Cat has an immediate need for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to process customer invoices, post-sale claims, and maintain tracking of invoices and claims.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing customers, processing post-sale claims, and maintaining electronic and hard copy files of equipment/attachment records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of three years of related experience in sales support, preferably in a heavy industrial environment
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license
• Access to reliable transportation
