Director, Enterprise Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships

Role Overview

The Director, Enterprise Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships is GCET’s enterprise lead for healthcare ecosystem trends, market and customer insights, external partnerships, and Business of Healthcare learning content. This role tracks shifts in care delivery, payment models, technology, policy, and customer dynamics across U.S. and international markets, and turns those developments into market content, curricula, and insights that support customer-facing readiness and capability development.

What You Will Do

The Director draws on healthcare expertise, external networks, and analytics tools to identify emerging trends and build training content and enterprise perspectives that strengthen customer-facing readiness. This role works with GCET and business stakeholders to align insights and training solutions to organizational and business unit objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, market strategy, healthcare consulting, customer engagement, capability development, commercial learning, or related fields.
• Experience translating market and healthcare intelligence into business, readiness, capability, or learning outcomes.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing market-focused educational resources, Business of Healthcare content, or learning programs.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations.
