US Vaccines Account Management Enablement Lead

The Account Management Enablement Lead for US Vaccines is responsible for leading operational processes, communications and systems to maximize the Account Management team’s internal organization, cross-functional partnerships and customer-facing function. This role will report directly to the US Vaccines Account Management Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • MBA (or similar advanced degree) preferred
  • 7 or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • People leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical operational environment
  • Prior account management experience preferred or an IDP-aligned development role for account management
  • Recent US Vaccines experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a sales, account management or other cross-functional leadership role strongly preferred
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
