Role Overview

The Manager, Data Strategy & Management role is a key contributor within the Data Strategy & Management (DSM) team, responsible for executing and operationalizing enterprise data strategy, governance, and foundational data solutions.

What You Will Do

Execute components of the enterprise data strategy, deliver data pipelines, assets, frameworks, and solutions, and support adoption of data strategy through documentation, enablement, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years OR PhD with 0-2 years
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed data architectures
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
