Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the operative and tactical implementation of commercial activities for a brand or portfolio within the TA. The role is designed as a manager function with clear ownership for defined workstreams and works closely with the peer marketing manager specializations strategy and performance.

What You Will Do

Develops and uses a sound understanding of market, disease, and patient path for operative marketing decisions. Defines briefings and plans content/channel mix; ensures creative and content quality in implementation. Contributes to business impact of the node/portfolio, including careful use of assigned budgets and DME funds.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (natural sciences, health sciences, or economics)
  • Relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the healthcare/life sciences environment, preferably in marketing or campaign implementation
  • Fluent German and English skills; digital competence including KI-supported tools
