We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to guide the technical vision, mentor data engineering teams, and build high-quality, scalable data products that power insights, analytics, and AI. The role involves leading major strategic projects, including a new Enterprise Data Warehouse, and working closely with Architects, DBAs, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven ability leading and line managing technical data teams
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Strong SQL query and scripting
- Experience consuming data from various sources
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language
- Knowledge of data modelling theory
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practice
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex data engineering problems
