Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, UX, product ownership, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms such as CRM, customer portals, self-service systems, mobile apps, and web ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience in journey mapping, UX design principles, service design frameworks, and customer-centric process improvement.
