Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Rigorous, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills and a ‘test-and-learn’ mindset for HR software
- High level of discretion and sensitivity toward confidential data
- Proven agility and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Experience with international payroll is a major asset
