Role Overview

The VP of People Operations will lead the People organization, shaping its future, and delivering strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and employee experience. The role requires a proven People leader with experience in building, scaling, and transforming People functions.

What You Will Do

The VP will partner with the CPO to translate business priorities into actionable People strategies, lead complex initiatives from strategy to execution, and develop a high-performing People team. They will also build strong cross-functional relationships, influence decisions across the organization, and drive AI transformation across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive People/HR experience
• Prior VP-level experience or equivalent scope strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• AI fluency and hands-on experience applying AI to improve business outcomes
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop future leaders, and empower direct reports
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, and organizational judgment
