Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering
- 1+ years of experience in people leadership
- Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces
- Experience in delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality
- Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
- High integrity and ownership
