As an Engineering Manager I on Pinterest’s Growth AI Products team, you’ll lead a group of engineers building AI-led products and capabilities that drive top-of-funnel growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• 1+ years of experience in people leadership
• Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces
• Experience in delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality
• Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
• High integrity and ownership
