We’re looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the Analytics Engineering function, building and maintaining scalable data models, and contributing to the overall data strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of highly technical experience with dbt and SQL
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift (or a similar cloud warehouse like Snowflake/BigQuery)
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior data team members
- Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to understand data needs
- Solid experience working with the code-first backend of modern BI tools
- Experience working with AI and automation tools, scripting, and workflows
