The ideal candidate will serve as the trusted advisor to key executive-level stakeholders within their assigned portfolio of accounts, driving strong customer satisfaction scores, retaining customers, and growing existing revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success within the tech industry
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent self-awareness in handling customer escalations
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with CRM and CSM systems (e.g. Gainsight)
