We are looking for a Principal Marketing Analyst to lead the development of a high-impact analytics engine that transforms data into actionable insights to drive scalable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leveraging analytics to influence strategy, excel at turning insights into action, and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in one core marketing domain, either Acquisition (Paid Search, Social, SEO) or Retention (CRM, Lifecycle, Churn)
- Experience in marketing budget optimization, including attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing
- Proficiency in building models to tackle business problems, such as LTV modeling, multi-touch attribution, or predictive scoring
- Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis
- Expertise in building insightful data visualisations to enable self-serve, with experience in Tableau or similar
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical marketing partners and senior leadership
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS or digital business with an understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, Payback)
- Strong data modeling skills using SQL, ideally with dbt in a modern data stack
- Experience mentoring or managing junior to mid-level analysts in a fast-paced environment
