Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in ad tech, martech, or related technology sectors
• Proven track record of developing successful demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results
• Experience in marketing technical solutions to both business and technical decision-makers
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in CTV and mobile environments
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Data-driven approach to marketing with experience leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent the company at industry events
