The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by building relationships, increasing market presence, and generating new business opportunities across the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent travel throughout the market
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
  • Professional presence and confidence in networking and client-facing environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or lead tracking tools
  • Experience in multifamily, HOA, real estate, or property management industries preferred
