Customer Experience Representative I

Demonstrate genuine interest and helpfulness when performing customer money handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Identify sales opportunities while maintaining performance standards per policy and procedures. Cross train to support account management inquiries and functions to serve as a one-stop resource for branch walk-ins.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of banking or cash handling experience preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone)
• Ability to operate a computer and software skills required; adding machine preferred
• Fundamental mathematical ability
• Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
