Cross train to support account management inquiries and functions to serve as a one-stop resource for branch walk-ins.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of banking or cash handling experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone)
- Ability to operate a computer and software skills required; adding machine preferred
- Fundamental mathematical ability
- Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
