Playtech is looking for a proactive Product Operations Engineer to join its POP Team. The successful candidate will participate in release management flow, handle production problems, and process customer requests. Key skills include strong troubleshooting and investigation skills, good Linux knowledge, and experience with Kubernetes, network communications, and monitoring principles.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in L2 production application support
- Good Linux knowledge and hands-on experience
- Kubernetes basics
- Understanding of network communications and protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
- Understanding of monitoring principles, alerting, performance, and healthiness metrics
- Experience with visualization tools, such as Kibana and Grafana
- Experience using CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, and Argo CD
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher
