Role Overview
The Vice President, Growth will lead new business development, market expansion, and relationship building in the Education & Government vertical. They will develop and execute a targeted strategy to penetrate new school districts, municipalities, and agencies, and establish PMY as a trusted advisor in the Texas SLED ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include owning and driving new logo acquisition, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, leading early-stage client engagement, and converting opportunities into signed engagements. The role also involves partnering with internal leadership to refine and execute PMY’s SLED go-to-market strategy, shaping messaging and positioning, and collaborating with marketing and leadership on targeted campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in the SLED market, a proven track record of winning new business, and a deep network within the Texas education and/or public sector ecosystem. They will be able to sell complex, consultative services and have a strong understanding of how public sector clients buy.
