Senior Business Analytics Manager – Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics

Role Overview

The Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Analytics Manager Senior to lead analytics and data management initiatives across the customer data domain. The role will focus on improving the quality, completeness, accuracy, consistency, lineage, and control of customer data used in business operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused decisions.

What You Will Do

Lead complex analytics and data management initiatives involving customer identity, profile, contact, account relationship, consent, preference, and other customer-domain data. Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and controls for completeness, accuracy, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, and integrity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data-Driven Decision Support.
  • Strong experience presenting complex analytical findings to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success communicating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Regulatory-focused initiatives.
  • Advanced SQL expertise including: Complex Queries, Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, Data Validation, and Performance Optimization.
  • Strong Python programming and coding experience including: Data Analysis, Data Manipulation, Reporting Automation, Data Quality Monitoring, and Predictive Analytics.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
