Role Overview

Responsible for Influencer management in his area, driving new influencer onboarding and engagement, and providing timely market feedback to BDM.

What You Will Do

Identify, convert and engage new influencers, provide timely feedback to BDM, use marketing collaterals to demonstrate current and new product portfolio attributes, and lead site visits for contractors.

Requirements

  • Graduation is must (Engineering background preferred)
  • Prior experience as LAS/Promoter/Distributor salesman etc
  • Goal oriented: Proven history of sales record, sets clear priorities & meets targets
  • Result oriented: entrepreneurial and self-motivating, good planning and organizational ability
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, and high commercial and business awareness
  • High level of communication ability and presentation skills, energized and enthusiastic, ability to build strong relations with key customers
  • Natural leader: Positive, driven, has ability to influence, sets good examples, ambitious and flexible
  • Self-starters, resilient, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure
  • High market presence & regular interaction with all stakeholders, should know the geography well
