Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will support the Popular Association Banking team, owning a wide range of analysis and reporting, including monthly forecasting, annual budget, and ad-hoc analysis. The role will involve delivering comprehensive material for monthly business reviews, calculating earnings credit payments, and optimizing the ECR program.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will serve as the Finance lead for Popular Association Banking, assist with target setting and KPI tracking, develop ad-hoc analytics and reporting, and generate key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• A minimum of 2+ years professional experience in corporate finance or accounting
• Expert in Excel and proficient with PowerPoint
• Adept presentation skills with an ability to target messaging to different audiences
• Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines
• Able to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders
• Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points that may not be easily noticeable
