Data Operations Lead, B2B

Role Overview

The Data Operations Lead, B2B will be a senior individual contributor embedded at the intersection of new business, marketing measurement, and complex pipeline data delivery. This role will support the pre-sales process on large B2B and Lead Gen engagements, contribute to Power Digital’s marketing measurement programs, and own the data onboarding and integration experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature.

What You Will Do

The role will involve owning the end-to-end data onboarding experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients, leading structured data intake sessions, coordinating the standup of B2B and Lead Gen data pipelines, and owning the ingestion and normalization of unstructured lead data sources.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data operations, marketing analytics, or marketing technology with direct client or stakeholder-facing responsibilities
• Deep hands-on experience with B2B and Lead Gen data ecosystems — CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), and demand generation tools (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase)
• Proven experience handling unstructured and non-standard lead data ingestion — CSV imports, manual data entry reconciliation, screenshot-to-data workflows, and custom ingress pipelines
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake experience — you can write queries, validate data, and troubleshoot without engineering support for day-to-day tasks
• Comfort in client-facing settings: you can speak to data capabilities in a sales conversation and gather requirements from a non-technical marketing stakeholder in the same day
• Familiarity with AI-assisted data tooling for unstructured data extraction, schema mapping, or data normalization
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Fivetran, Funnel) and data pipeline concepts
